This study explores the relevance of Stevenson’s novella The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde for students today. The workshop has been designed to allow students appreciate a literary work, to explore (inter)subjectivity, and to move students to see themselves reflected in a literary text. In this regard, the activities that have been proposed in the workshop stress the relationship between main ideas in the novella and students’ own experiences in order to provide a meaningful learning.
