Title: How songs and the four skills interact within a portfolio 

Summary: This work has as one of its main objectives to demonstrate the effectiveness of integrating music into the ESL classroom. The pedagogical proposal takes the form of a workshop designed as an auxiliary tool for students to improve their speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills and, at the same time, work with axiological components. The study is aimed at two different levels of school education: 7th graders and 3rd junior year. In the case of 7th graders, they will practice their knowledge of simple present and simple past tense, whereas 3rd graders will reflect about topics of peace and love.
